You don't know what is going on in his life. Why try to destroy a persons business because you had a traffic dispute with no accident or injury? Eastern Europe is going through unfathomable tragedy. Maybe cut the guy some slack. Sorry he honked his horn and hurt your feelings. Surely you getting honked at and follwed too close is on par with whats happening over there. I hope you feel really good about yourdelf trying to damage someones ability to make a living while the people of eastern Europe are being tortured and murdered.
