[Routine Help] I finally have stable skin! Now what can I do to even out and fix discoloration?

Routine:

AM *Warm water rinse in the shower *Garnier Clearly Brighter Moisturizer SPF 30

PM *Jojoba oil to remove makeup *Follow with micellar water to remove eye makeup (I don't like how oil makes my sensitive undereyes feel) *Red box Stridex all over *Spot treat with Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment *Aveeno Ultra Calming Night Cream

Following the OCM has changed my life. I was dealing with some pretty terrible cystic acne and my skin was dry when I swore it was oily. It often felt tight and flaked some, too. Thanks to OCM and a dose of spironolactone from my doctor, my skin has done a complete 180. I'm so thrilled. But there are still some things that need work as I approach 30.

I am still dealing with redness now and some discoloration from scars. I also still have trouble with excess oil that it's been dramatically reduced following the routine above. The oil sits mainly in my t-zone and along my jawline. It's not over the top, but I definitely get shiny throughout the day, but it could be my makeup. I'm hoping after all the amazing stuff I've learned here, y'all can help me reach my goals. I would love some help in figuring out what else I should be doing. I appreciate your comments in advance!!
