it's will only be creepy, if you're creepy... if you are somewhat or sometimes creepy when just walking up to a girl, then you'll probably be even more creepy when you run up to her and jump in front of her...

(most of)the guys in those videos all have very high emotional intelligence and social awareness

i guess what my main point is, if you haven't conquered "normal" interactions without being creepy, then you probably don't have the skill set to "play off" running up to a cute girl and approaching her

creepiness is just being socially uncalibrated...when you do, do this,just make sure you acknowledge the situation, and how she might be feeling...
