It's not about playing first.

Control is 40% of all matches whilst other map types are 20%.

Good teams will practice those maps more.

That's not how it works.

A triathlete will always have 1 division that fits them best, one of the three is their strength. OWL teams will always have a map type that fits them best.

Imagine if a triathlon would have 20km of running, 500m of swimming and 500m of cycling. Do you think that would be a fair match? Or would it favor triathletes who's strength is running?

That is the issue. The current OWL format simply isn't fair, that's a fact.

Just because the unfair system favors your team doesn't mean you should deny facts.
