According to my belief system point down in a circle is one of the symbols for the God, opposite is Goddess. Yes it is the neowiccan belief structure.

Just as Crowley used point down, usually with the goats head superimposed for the symbol of his church.

As the item in the photo has a circle around it, the comment about a star without a circle doesn't apply to the conversation.

While I have not read anything about using the GRAM for summoning, I will not be a ignorant asshole and tell you you are "very wrong" , because in MY belief structure I am not.
