This scene is just beautiful. Happy standing and watching his best friend's legacy be carried on.

It doesn't help that right after we got the "he's not Iron Man" speech, they give us this scene right here where he mimics Iron Man and Happy sees his legacy through Pete. The only time I've ever thought he was Spider-Man was when he saved Vulture. No fancy suit, beaten down and he still saves him.

The Raimi movies portrayed him better, that's why people still have a deep love for them, it's not just nostalgia. They're better told stories with a more accurate portrayal of who Peter Parker and Spider-Man are, and the struggles he has to face balancing both.

The biggest failure or obstacle Peter Parker faces in all these movies is handing off Tony's glasses to the wrong person. Him beating Mysterio doesn't hold a candle to anything in Raimi's movies. There's so many scenes and so many character moments that stick with people more than anything in the MCU, and that's a problem. Especially with someone like Spidey.

All that being said they're still fun movies, totally watchable and Tom is great. I just think in not wanting to rehash what's came before, they missed a huge part of his character.
