SCOTUS: Evidence is admissible if discovered in an arrest on a warrant that was uncovered during a nonflagrant illegal traffic stop

who are routinely targeted by police

Does she mean the 4% of our population that commits more than half of all murders? So sick of this ridiculous bullshit to save people's feelings from being hurt. Black people are not "targeted" by the police, they have more police encounters because they commit exponentially more crime, are more likely to be poor and live in neighborhoods with higher police presence. This has been a proven WORLDWIDE symptom of growing up in single family homes.

The only "targeting" happens in the fever dreams of racist liberals.

From an actual study instead of the witch hunt in Ferguson:

The study involved photographing tens of thousands of drivers on the turnpike last spring while clocking speed with a radar gun. It found that black drivers sped much more than other drivers, according to three people who have reviewed the unreleased report. The racial gap was far wider than officials had expected and, in the politically charged controversies over profiling, the data could be used by defenders of the state police to argue that one reason black drivers are stopped more often than whites is that they are more likely to speed.

We need to stop having "politically charged controversies" over facts. There is ZERO data without massive flaws that shows blacks are "targeted" by the police.
