[Serious] Men of Reddit, what confuses you the most about women?

Yeah this situation is a weird one and I think both men and women can be kind of dumb in how they handle it or address it sometimes. A lot of guys complain about being friend zoned instead of accepting the situation as a case of asymmetrical attraction. Instead of moving on they harp on the situation and feel like because they were a sycophant or offered constant validation they deserve to be rewarded. On the other end I occasionally hear women use this phrase "What is wrong with friends?" which basically fails to factor in the man's perspective. The group of people a heterosexual man can be friends with encapsulates a huge portion of the population. On the other hand the number of women he finds attractive in terms of both personality and physical appearance and would consider as some form of dating/romantic partner is much smaller. It makes sense that he would be frustrated if someone he considered a prime candidate to fulfill the role of girlfriend would insist on being friend since it is harder to find someone who is qualified for the former role. In the end basically men shouldn't get upset at women for saying no, but women shouldn't get upset at men for asking is basically what I am saying.
