My father stalked my family for a couple months after we left him.
When we left him he would beg us to come back with emails and texts. My mom would ignore them and that just pissed him off. When he began stalking us his messages also became pretty violent, he would sent messages about how he was going to rape us all then do a murder suicide thing and that we would be "together forever" after it. We would see him across the road or staring at us through a window. We called the police and they always showed up after he left. He was supposed to be arrested for a fuckton of things anyway but they couldnt find where he was living.
We had to move to one of those womens abuse shelters with the curfew and locked gates. After a little while we move to the other side of Ireland and made a life there, I started to go to school again made new friends and was kinda happy. Then he found us.
You dont know what its like to be a 12 year old woken up at 3 in the morning being told that in 3 hours we were moving to Dublin. I had to pack everyting I wanted to keep in a small bag I could carry, also had to carry two other bags with other essential things. We left in the middle of the night and told no one.
We got to Dublin and he followed us, we moved between apartments and womens abuse shelters for a couple months. We would usually stay somewhere for about 3/4 days till we changed apartment and moved to the other side of Dublin.
We feared for our lives, and he seemed to enjoy that the most.
We eventually moved country to where my moms relatives lived, obviously he couldnt leave the country. It sucked I was depressed went to 3 more schools and hatted it, another womens abuse place because we had no money.
Eventually after 9 months we moved back to Ireland, moved to an apartment for awhile and then to a house. Same house im in now typing this. Its finally over and he hasnt bothered us again, hopefully he got killed and left in some ditch somewhere.
