[Serious] Redditors who felt like they would never ever find a romantic partner and then did: what advice would you give to those who feel the same way now?

I know this will sound unlikely but at one point, I was pretty certain I would just live by myself in a small town in the mountains and not really pursue relationships. I had tinder, which I hadn't had any success with tbh, but I had one match that I was excited about because we both liked a certain band. Turns out we're similarly awkward and we both enjoy almost all the same hobbies. We've been dating for almost 2 years now and I've never been happier!

Took me until age 25 to meet her (or anyone) but the best advice I have is to just not give up hope and focus on improving yourself in any way if you aren't happy. I know it's clichéd but it helps build confidence, which is best to build as much as possible in healthy ways.
