[Serious] what is your biggest regret ?

I have very similar thinking. I went to the wrong college: a small private Christian school which could not provide a decent engineering education. I did eventually get a good education at an elite school for my graduate degree but I am no longer religious and see a lot of my education as a waste. I should have gone straight to a top tier engineering program for undergrad, who knows what I could have accomplished.

But... I met my wonderful wife and had two awesome daughters so it was all worth it.

Except that same wife left me after 13 years crushing my soul.

But it was still worth it because my two daughters are the most amazing people ever.
