[Serious] What's the creepiest TRUE story that happened to you or someone you know?

When I was about 11 or 12, our family just moved into our 2nd house. In the house, we had a huge living room type of area near the front door and could see the balcony of the entire upstairs room with a huge chandelier and could hear echos if you wanted to. My older brother took a room that was in the "inner" part upstairs which was dark at most of the time even with lights on, my parents’ bedroom was near the middle part of the balcony, and I took the first room right next to the stairs. Couple of weeks adjusting in the house, I started to have chills on my spine when it reached nighttime; maybe because I was a kid and was scared of big, dark empty areas. But I knew this was a different situation. Every night I started having nightmares about a specific part of the house which involved the "inner" part from the view of my room. It always involved where my room door opens automatically and the view stops right at the front, like a camera slowly zooming in to that "inner" dark part and the moment it starts zooming, you see a figure with glowing red eyes and with a mouth that is literally taking a joy in devouring you (the face and body is blank black; just like in the hobbit when you see the witchking of agmar). The dream ending with a half millisecond close-up of his face and ending there. I have been waking up in sweats during the night, turned every lights and turn the tv loud when I was home alone and even afraid to go to sleep. I told my parents about this problem but they blamed on my wild imagination or having me watching something scary which I never do. So this problem persist for months (never felt like this in my first home). I even decided to confront this entity once and for all in one night, alarmed with my baseball bat and flashlight next to my bed if I do fell asleep, I would take it with me when I ‘dream’. However, the moment I decided to yell and charge, I could only get a squeal out of my mouth and then half a millisecond, It would end the dream with that entity overpowering and ‘killing’ me. From that moment, I started to have these weird health issues that only affected me such as having a intense nosebleed with visible, solid red blood cells continually coming out of my nose one night and worrying my parents to a point where they were about call 911. Then it was a couple of months later, where my aunt from another country came over to stay, she was nice, warm person but one day I broke something and my mom was spanking me, my aunt was on the balcony glaring down with this uncomfortable, laughable grin on her face as it would be a inappropriate time to grin like that; the moment I looked at her facial expression; that look just reminded of that entity in my nightmares like it was mocking me.

It was really ominous and scary. After about couple of months, we moved.

The Lesson here to future parents: if your child has a bad feeling about your house and has these reoccurring same nightmares with the same thing over and over again, do not ignore; its time to move for the sake of that child (could be that the house had some 'bad' history)

Again this is what I experienced.
