[Serious]What's your in-laws from Hell story?

Buckle up, this ones a goodie.

My husbands parents are divorced. My MIL kicked my husband out of her house when he was a teen. She kept collecting child support. When my FIL found out, he went after her for all the money he gave her over the years. My husband had to go to court and testify that he did not live there for 3 years and received no support from her. My FIL put a lean on my MIL house. She blames my husband.

My FIL recently passed away. She took time out of her day to let me know that back when they were married, they had a very healthy sex life and had sex every day.

She bought me a matching bra/panty set after 3 months of me dating her son. My husband (boyfriend at the time) made her return it, so I didn't find out until much later.

We are expecting a baby this spring. Our second. She made it very clear that child birth is no big deal, women have been doing it for years. Labour is easy, pushing is a breeze, and I won't have any problems. She had one child via a c-section.

She is a hoarder and her house is filled to the brim with boxes. Very organized, very neat, not dirty or dusty, but none the less, FILLED. I'm talking an entire 6 foot shelf filled exclusively with napkins. Last year she gave us 25+ large gift bags of crap ranging from cell phone chargers, pocket mirrors, pencil cases, shower caps etc for Christmas. We couldn't fit it all in our truck and had to make two trips home.

We moved into our first home this summer. The day we were set to move, she was planning a surprise birthday party for her friend. We told her well in advance we would not be able to make it. Day of, she calls us and asks a) is there anyway we could come over and move a cabinet in her living room for her? and b) are we sure we wouldn't be able to make it to the surprise party? It would be impolite to not at least make an appearance.

My husband and I are never surprised by her. At times, she has some pretty crazy expectations of us. Thank goodness my husband never ever makes me deal with her and is always willing to stand up to her shenanigans.
