[Serious] Who would you name as the "most evil human alive on Earth today"?

I'd like to throw on a nomination for Elon Musk. Ever since he used his kid for media attention, I've hated him. That kid is going to get relentlessly bullied for his parents dumb actions. I feel bad for him.

On a less solid foundation, I feel like he is trying to make a way for the rich to escape the planet they messed up and leave us to die. Tho this has less evidence than the rest.

Not to mention that he's just a capitalistic pig looking out for the system he has benefited A LOT FROM.

Tho it is fair to say that because he hasn't directly killed anyone unlike Kim Jun Un, he isn't the most evil, which is fair, but I feel like Elon can become the most evil person with the most amount of ease.
