Any ideas on which of our WI representatives signed the forged form?

TIL: Wanting to hold public officials accountable for creating counterfit election certification documents for the sole intent of subverting Democracy is 'hyper-partisan'.

I clearly also said "Not saying that all the criticism isn't warranted or necessarily bad." I don't disagree that what the WI Republicans was bad. All I was trying to point out was that the Dems protested the election results in 2016. Then Republicans escalated that in 2020. In my opinion, criticism of the way the WI Republicans acted is very well warranted and actions like that shouldn't continue to happen or should have ever happened.

Please submit articles on the great things the GOP is doing in Wisconsin.

This is exactly the point I was making about the partisanship on this sub. I don't think the GOP is great, I think they are at least 50% responsible for the increased political polarization. In fact, I don't support either the Dems or GOP. I think, for the most part, they are all problematic, corrupt, and catering to donor interests over the interest of their constituents.

Any time anyone on this sub says anything that could be construed as critical about Dems or justifies/supports anything state or federal Republicans do, the comments are heavily down-voted. And people on this sub like yourself jump to conclusions about party affiliation and belittle even reasonable claims. I think it is hard to claim that the political divide isn't fueled by the stance of "if you're not on my team and don't think exactly the same way, fuck you, you're wrong about everything." Like I also said in my original comment, "That mentality is the same on the other side as well."

My point of highlighting the partisanship on this sub is that when constituents act like that, it provides motivation for representatives to also act like that in hopes of being elected or re-elected. The more society divides itself, the more reason for elected officials to make divisive partisan decisions. If you want stuff like this to stop happening, be a catalyst of change. Treat other people respectfully and find room for compromise and tolerance. Without that, the fracture will only further divide and things will only get worse.
