He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. (2 Pet. 3:9)

Jesus is a loophole. That is the WHOLE POINT. He died for our sins, original sin, so that we could enter heaven by accepting him. God sent His son down and sacrificed him so that there would be a loophole in the whole 'we all go to Hell' thing.

If you are a baby in Africa born to a non-Christian tribe, unbabtised, and you die from cholera, or AIDS, whatever, you get whatever is the default for non-Christians (probably Hell), since the only way to Heaven is through Jesus.

If you drowned your parents in the bathtub and microwaved your infant child to death because you were annoyed, and then found Jesus in prison and repented, you get eternal paradise. I suspect your family wouldn't be too happy seeing you show up though, so that might be awkward.
