Go to the gym and see how strong you are. permalinksavereportgive goldreply [–]XtraSparkle 1 point an hour ago  how much volume are you doing? have you tried drop sets or incorporated rest-pause? permalinksavereportgive goldreply [–]Deaf_Mutes 1 point an hour ago*  If you are working religiously, 2 years is too long for not more than 10 lbs, gained, if youre getting enough protein. There's no benefit in being unhappy with you're weight if you're putting in this much effort. Post your workout and diet so we can give more precise help. Edited: weight gained, not lifting permalinksavereportgive goldreply [–]bipocni 1 point an hour ago  I've spent 3 years bouncing around the same 10lb weightband. You would not believe the changes I've made to body composition. permalinksaveparentreportgive goldreply [–]Deaf_Mutes 1 point an hour ago  That's good for you if you were able to gain weight like this guy wants. So my routine looks generally like this: Monday/Friday: Warmup Squats (just regular bodyweight squats) Pistol Squats Shrimp Squats Bodyweight Squats to failure Warmup pushups One arm pushups (using other arm for some support) Dips Decline pushups Chin ups Close Pushups (for triceps) Tuesday/Saturday Cardio (usually a 30-45 min. run or bike ride) Wednesday: Wall supported handstands Wall supported handstand shoulder touches Calf raises or jump rope Pike pushups Shrugs with 35 lb. dumbbells Diet: I generally get a lot of protein. I eat meat with lunch and dinner, and eat eggs for breakfast. I also drink a lot of milk and use whey to supplement. Usually snack on almonds and peanuts.
