This is a matter of perspective do you not see that? Women go through the exact same shit lol, and their bosses don't believe them too. Why does it have to be a game of sides? Why do you assume a woman would have it better? You're just blatantly being sexist.

I worked at that company for over 15 years. I reported directly to the C.I.O., and was a manager - as such I dealt with sexual harassment issues that arose in and "near" to my dept. Also I was by default aware of each and every sexual harassment complaint that came about - because I managed the H.R. system (multiple servers) that our H.R. team used for, well, everything.

I've also worked in the corporate world since the mid 80's, I'm no young pup - I've been "around the block" that is the corporate world - quite a few times.

I've seen sexual harrassment complaints made by men dismissed, ignored, and laughed away. I've never-ever, not even once seen a sexual harassment complain made by a woman be met with anything other than a "high alert, code red, all hands on deck".

Ironically, the fact that you called me "sexist" without asking more, or knowing more - is quite literally part of the problem. Without knowing jack shit about a compay, or the situation - you assume I'm wrong, and must be sexist. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CORPORATE WORLD, except folks assume the guy is being a pussy, or making shit up.
