Disguise self (on the bard spell list) covers the uniform without setup, you don’t need to “learn anyone’s habits” when you’re rolling a minimum of 32 on a deception check (easy for a bard with glibness and expertise), you can just say you’re the vault inspector and they’ll let you in. You still need to evade law enforcement, but with your own personal demiplanes and access to spells like mind blank and even just nondetection, as well as disguise self so no one knows your actual appearance, that won’t be too hard. Why you even need the money is another question, maybe there was a rare magic item in the vault or you were just bored, you’re effectively immortal (clone spell) so robbing a bank is a bit of fun every few centuries.

Shortchanging a shopkeeper is one, maybe two checks, getting away with murder is a couple of high DC checks, but after that once you’ve established you’re an idiot and you’re in a zone of truth spell so your interrogators can trust you, a minimum of 27 (reliable talent) should be enough to pass any deception checks you need to make.

High level bards and rogues built for deception are trickster gods, no longer bound by the rules of us regular folk.
