Simple Questions - January 16, 2015

I'm planning to build an HTPC. I want to keep it cheap but able to drive a 720p TV. It will play locally-stored video and will also need to be able to stream video (Netflix, Crunchyroll) over wi-fi.

Currently lying around in terms of parts, I have a wireless keyboard and mouse, and an Antec Sonata II case (pcpartpicker doesn't have this, so I represented it with an Antec Sonata III). The Antec Sonata II has the original PSU which is now ~10 years old. Assuming it can be swapped out without too much trouble, I have a new Rosewill Capstone 450 that should be able to effortlessly handle things.

In any case, I'm trying to keep this as cheap as possible. This HTPC might someday be repurposed as a desktop for office tasks and light gaming.

Does this look like a reasonable build?
