Simple Questions - June 26, 2015

Hey guys, total noob here - I'm currently trying to build a PC for gaming, and i wanted to go for 144hz 1440p Gaming with an Asus ROG Swift Monitor. I basically went to PCpartpicker and picked Stuff at Random to fill the Build and make it as Cheap as Possible going with 980Ti SLI.. Heres The PartsList hope you guys can help me.
