I farmed the fuck out of EoSF at one point and ended up with enough pieces to manage a set for both Ganyu and Hu Tao. I tried it briefly on of them and at the end of the day while it didn't have low damage, I did find my Wanderers and Crimson giving me more overall damage. For Ganyu it was much closer than Hu Tao though, where I had significantly better clear times with Crimson. But then again, my shimenawa was no where near as optimized as my Wanderers or Crimson which I had already grinded for months. But it's a solid set nonetheless, I think this is one of those situations where it really depends on which set gives you better substats and stuff.
