I'm not defending Javi. He's completely wrong here. There's a part of me that believes he know it, at least a little, too. But, I understand.

It seems like he's so adamant in his wrongdoing out of frustration that Kail won't just admit, no matter how much he tries (and he held his peace for a while, too) that she wasn't as 100 as she claims in the 8 months.

She insinuates that he is insane(suddenly too dangerous to spend time alone with Isaac?)She invalidates his feelings, denies the things he has seen in front of him, and tries to discredit him. Along with that, it must be hard to carry the blame and burden of the end of their marriage, which he is doing, alone.

For the most part and considering difficult things, Javi has tried to have to have dignified, considerate, truthful, and respectful conversations with her. He has been pretty humble for a while. But, he's not going to give her the satisfaction of a one-sided apology.

At this point, I don't think Kail deserves any more apologies from him either unless she is willing to confess to acting inappropriately and address Javi's questions directly without a) kicking him out b) driving away.
