This woman is actually doing a lot of good. What you don't realize is that when you see a wholesome snowman out in the street like this, it's actually in fact the opposite. These snowmen are held in captivity for days/weeks, unable to move, and in isolation while strangers fondle them, laugh at them, and otherwise just abuse them throughout the day. It's much better to knock them down to put them out of their misery so they can melt and reform in their natural snowman habitats (north pole, south pole, snow globes, etc). Or, alternatively, if you have the capacity to take in a rescue snowman, that's generally preferred but most people don't have a large enough freezer room to accommodate snowmen properly
