Sometimes experience feelings of nausea and/or indigestion that leads to vasovagal syncope episode, 26 F USA

Im 36F--ive had a handful of fainting episodes that started about 4 years ago.... everytime, i had a sudden bout of nausea, accompanied by an assortment of kind of... sensory discombobulation? My hearing sort of starts to feel like... muffled or like i cant quite understand what im hearing... i get tunnel vision.... my body starts to feel kind of heavy....sometimes i get really sweaty... and i get pale. When someone has been with me or in the house when ive fainted, theyve said it took me over 1 minute to regain consciousness--which means they have a good amount of time to freak out and start slapping me and shouting my name.

Ive been able to identify the feeling a few times and find a place to lay down, before losing consciousness...when that has happened, ill usually feel sort of vertigo-y while laying there for a while, and it ends up passing. Though recently it happened again (at a concert... 2nd time it happened at a concert), and i started to feel it coming on, turned to my friend and could barely get the words out to say i thought i was going to faint, and then immediately collapsed and she managed to grab ahold of me in time so i didnt hit my head.

One impulse that i had to learn to fight, is the strong impulse to move to another area whenever i get this feeling... i have no idea why i have this impulse but ive fainted en route to a bathroom, and also i fainted 3 times in a row, trying to get to my sofa when it came on while i was literally lounging, seated, on my patio--3 times... each time, i immediately tried to get up again to go to lay down on the sofa, and lost consciousness each time... no idea WHY i have this impulse... but i have it everytime. when i caught it in time at another concert, i almost just ran out of the show without saying anything to who i was with--luckily i told her because the last stretch of the way, i wouldnt have been able to make it to a bench without her guiding me because i was disoriented and couldnt see properly. Not that you probably wanna be inviting your friends and coworkers to the bathroom with you when you feel sick. Ive luckily never thrown up or had a bowel movement but i did piss myself the first time, and hit my head pretty hard in the fall.
