No, because they have wildly diffrent weaknesses, ice and fire, while resisting a lot of other stuff. Lando sets up rocks and ferro leech seeds on a switch, just sapping health off you while you deal no damage and they get free hits off while you have to switch to do any meaningful damage. Like off the top of my head what can learn both ice and fire moves? Maybe genosect with freeze drive and flamethrower? Or darmanitan galar? Wait both ubers. Thats sucks doesnt it!, well I bet they are top threats in ubers right! The only mon in ou I can think off is dragonite using ice punch and fire punch, even plus one that doesnt ko either of them, plus lando undoes any boosting with intimidate so whoops there goes your dragon dance.
