Dude you do realize that the had to build the technology to build the game right?

As someone who works in the game development industry I'm boggled by the scale of that game. Even what they've done so far is impressive.

Game design takes a really fucking long time. It may not seem like it because you aren't privy to the info from the beginning. What you see is a announcement trailer and boom later that year a game comes out. But let me tell you that there are years and years spent before you even get a whiff. And that's with us having a mature pipeline and development process.

And star citizen told from the day it was just an idea. They literally had no pipeline or tools to build it yet.

So calm down my brother, be patient. Don't be salty about the time it's taking. Star citizen isn't gonna rush and skip steps (like facial animation on a recent AAA title).

I get it, you probably didn't realize the time involved in making a game, let alone something as ambitious as the scale of Star citizen.
