It's still racist if it's against white people

I'm saying that all accusations of racism should still look like racism if the races were reversed. So saying that "It's ok to be white" signs are racist is stupid, because the reverse "It's ok to be black" is obviously not racist. Similarly, making sweeping negative generalizations about black people would be racist. Same goes for sweeping generalizations about white people. We should hold everybody to the same standards of racism.

If you want everybody to be treated equally, then treat them equally. If you want to go out and help poor people move up in the world, great, let's think of ways to do that. But when you're helping people based on the color of their skin, you've crossed a line.
