This sub has a serious hate problem

I think its based on previous games everyone played. Mine has purely cosmetics items, but is either like Genshin where there is no gacha involved and you can directly buy it with no bs involved or the event is stretched out for two weeks, where everyday you have quests to do that whill give you currency for rolling on the gacha. These quests even have a top-up bonus, for example top-up one dollar to receive 3 gachapon currencies which resets everyday..

At the last day of the event you can have 40-60% from pity. Thats where I spend my paid currencies to reach the pity (from my experience Im spending more money in game this way)(sunk-cost fallacy?). This game simply does not have any other way to obtain those currencies other than the 5 initial ones given, then spend DC for the rest.

I completely understand if someone will be pissed with the way this game handles this kind of "event" for cosmetics, because for me this is the only gacha game that Ive played the done this.. Im sure there are more but I havent played them. Also the current one is based from real life events (Halloween) and not some made up event and they could just give players more way to obtain those tokens.

Either way, both side is understandable.. but for me its annoying since its my first time Ive encountered this kind of "event'. This is the only game where I only spent a minute in an in game "event".
