I had 12 credit cards to amass about 3 million miles. Way too many bank accounts at different banks. Multiple property management companies. Too many accounts at too many online brokerages. It goes on and on.

First I streamlined tech. I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iCloud. Scan everything. Easy to use. Works from anywhere. Then I reduced everything. So one personal credit card. One business check or cc per business. One management company. All the little things I used to do to save money I consolidated even if it cost me a bit more. One good insurance agent with all the policies I need. One CPA that does all my taxes and books. Went from 3 to 2 cars. Cleaned out all the crap from my house and closets. Basically got rid of everything that I didn’t use within the last year.

End result much more free time. Much clearer mind. Ironically make more money now even though I spend more as mine is sharper.
