Ok from looking at twitter this is what I have been able to work out. This is just a SUMMARY of events PRIOR to the altercation.
Initial tweet
It all started with Lewis' tweet making a somewhat crude joke about fucking Hiko's mum. Spencer 'Hiko' Martin is a professional CSGO player who presumably knows Lewis quite well. Here's the tweet - https://twitter.com/RLewisReports/status/670550953121226752
Kelly gets upset
SO it looks like Kelly aka Loda's girlfriend took offence to Lewis' tweet and called him out. Tweeting 'Making jokes about people's mom in 2015 when you are probably 40 years old? Not funny especially when you ruined that person life this year'.
Lewis replies to her saying 'Remember that time you told me I made up the match fixing thing? Oh and Spence and me are cool. Informed as always. @kellymilkies'. So it seems like his initial tweet was just banter between friends, and Kelly has made a mountain out of a mole hill.
The match-fixing claim that Lewis is talking about refers accusations he made against a NA CSGO team called iBUYPOWER. Also it's important to note that Hiko was going to make a team with these banned iBUYPOWER players, and Kelly is under the impression RL ruined his life by exposing their misbehavior. As the iBUYPOWER players received indefinite bans. Kelly was going to run this team.
OK so back to the present, Kelly then responds to Lewis saying '@RLewisReports are you not sick of harping on the bad call I made trusting players that were going to be in our team? Wow dooms day'. So obviously she backed the wrong horse and Lewis won't let her forget about it.
So it's obvious that there is some history behind this small flame war. Kelly is clearly still holding a grudge against RL for ruining her chances at managing a NA CSGO superteam. It's clear to me the RL was just doing his job, and her misplaced anger should actually be aimed at the match-fixers themselves.

Loda steps in
After that heated conversation it seems like Loda decided to defend Kelly's honour and arranges to meet up with Lewis over twitter. In reply to the initial tweet about fucking Hiko's mum, Loda writes 'Ya Lets meet up and talk about it. Im at dh.'
Lewis responds 'I'm easy enough to find dawg. I'll be on stage. What you doing today? @LodaBerg.' Possibly a small sleight, refering to him having free-time due to Alliance already being knocked out.
Loda then says he'll swing by, and Lewis responds that it's 'rude to keep people waiting', about 2 hours after Loda said he would come by.

Then after this i'm guessing things got a bit heated between Loda and Lewis when they eventually met up.
Double entendre?
It's also been suggested that Loda was more upset at the initial tweet rather than RL's exchange with Kelly over twitter. Apparently she was holding the sign in the crowd. So the tweet could also be interpreted as an insult to Kelly, calling her a groupie. I haven't seen any solid confirmation that Kelly had anything to do with the sign yet though.

Personal opinion
Looks like Lewis was just involved in some banter with his friend and Kelly decides to take it as an opportunity to make a personal attack against him. Lewis punches back and reminds Kelly that she basically has no integrity. Loda probably tried to put his big boy pants on and get in Lewis' face. Looks like he got what was coming to him and then cried to the authorities.
