It's hilarious to me you write that the BBB is useless while at the same time writing to use Yelp.

Yelp is actually the biggest scam review website out there and I assumed this was pretty well known. They remove businesses' positive reviews and keep the negatives on the page unless you pay for their services.

You should look into it if your curious, I find it interesting they're legally allowed to do this.

The businesses I work with that pay for their services make my life a lot easier as someone that works in reputation management. The businesses that refuse...well it's pretty much impossible to raise their overall score above 3.5/5 stars. Someone with 50+ Yelp reviews and a sizeable friends list will see their positive reviews removed from our pages yet someone with 0 past reviews or other Yelp activity will leave a negative review and that can stay.
