Is there a reason to live?

You ask a lot of questions in your submission, so I'll just answer the subject line question.

There are many reasons to live. I need to go to work tomorrow. I need to pay various bills. I need to pick up a kid from school. I need to see some friends. I need to do this or that creative thing. The reasons for living are in the living. To ask the reason for life from a perspective outside life and of life is nonsensical.

Why are you dissatisfied with the various reasons that you have in like? I bet it's less a matter of life per se and more a matter of how you're living. If you were fated to live your life not just one but infinitely, again and again, each time making the same choices, would you celebrate that life or find it like a kind of hell?
