There's a sweetness inside of me that I buried long ago as an act of self preservation. An innocence I never lost.

Bruh tf happened to you... I’m saying vulnerable in the sense that you can share your own experiences and feelings with others, but I might add the moment you see any hostility toward these vulnerabilities you attack right back with honesty and truth.

It seems like you’re saying to be fake toward every human you ever meet or else you will end up broke hearted. That’s seems like a terrible way to live life. Inside a shell of your true self, not wanting to put yourself out there to experience true human relationships just so that you don’t get hurt.

You ever heard of the expression it’s best to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all
