Those of you who travel 3-5 days with just a carry-on and backpack… how?

I pack only neutral color clothes with one accent color, and they must be non bulky, able to be day to night or business to casual and able to be reworn with light wear. There’s almost always options for laundry service to a store nearby but I never need it.

Look up the MUchengbao pill organizer on Amazon, it’s the size of a credit card and should hold everything you need for 3-5 days. I keep one dose of cold meds/allergy meds etc to get me by until I can get to a store, pill bottles take up too much space unless it’s a critical prescription and needed for TSA.

I have travel sized versions of all my toiletries that live in my suitcase ready to go. Don’t pack shampoo, soap, etc. most places have those things.

I feel like I can fit more and am more organized on my trip with clamshell luggage. You didn’t ask for a recommendation but I really love my July 21” trunk that has a built in compression system. Also, packing cubes.

Lastly, get one power brick that can charge all your devices and multipurpose cables. You don’t want to be untangling 37 cords to juice up your phone.
