I thought you'd listen

Hey! I have some good news for you! I just read a metric butt-load of posts, and if I were to rank them by interestingness, yours would be in the top 4%! You are interesting (to me, so that's at least one person out of only 7.29 billion people on the planet).

So you said that he discourages you to talk less. That must mean he encourages you to talk more. That's great! Right? Yay extroversion! Boo introversion! It is, after all, a scientific fact that a person's value as a human being is directly correlated to the quantity of words produced by their vocal system. (P.S. I bet you thought nobody would notice your double negative, but I read your post so many times that I eventually caught it -- see -- I really did find it interesting!)

Truth is: I'm a quiet person like you. Just the fact that you posted here makes you bolder than me. I've never done that. Trust me: my opinions are way less significant than yours. I just make them up. They're a-dime-a-dozen. The rest of this comment may contain some extremely insignificant opinions, so you should stop reading right now. It isn't worth your time.

Oh, crap. I promised to make up some opinions. Okay, here's a super boring one: there's a possibility that you might not have to change who you are to be interesting. You might not have to talk more. Or have higher self-esteem. Or get attention/approval from your SO. Sometimes people are the most interesting when they aren't trying to be. I don't know anything about you, but there's a possibility that you might be more interesting than a certain person has led you to believe. It's not impossible (see what I did there, with the double negative).

Sorry, I don't have a good conclusion either (I told you to stop reading - you can only blame yourself at this point). Have... a nice... holiday... or... something...
