TIFU by spending $225 on a prom date that ditched me

Shouldn't have focused on that bitch at all when she did that. I would've taken the corsage after she left it in the car BEFORE entering the prom, giving it to another girl in there, and dancing with HER all night, and going with HER to the after party, and seeing if SHE wants to goto the hotel with you.

How many single girl friends were there? Should've gotten one of them. And it's not over yet. Doesn't have to happen at prom. Forget her, you guys would've split during college anyway, trust me. I loved a girl from when I was 11 to 22. Only ever got with her once, and we were good friends, and I was there for her through some bad things, talked to her a lot, drove her to college with me and stuff. We never got back together, after 6th grade. That long man. 10 years. I'm 26 now and I still haven't gotten over it completely, but I mean I have been in several more relationships after her and now I've been in a reallllllly long term one. I still think about her, because I have that stupid fucking curse like Jacob from Twilight and imprinted on her or something. Like my brain did some ancient caveman wiring where it insists I protect her and be with her for all eternity.... except those instincts were from a time where once you knock someone up you stay with them purely through instincts, and primal instincts were strong back then, unbreakable.

Anyways, don't be like how I was until I was like 22. Move on, find other girls that aren't so fucking flaky. She was trying to be nice and ALSO take advantage of you. Look how much she didn't give a shit about being with you. Don't let that shit happen. The MOMENT a girl ditches you, UNDERSTAND THAT SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU AND ANYTHING SHE DOES TO MAKE YOU THINK SHE DOES AFTER THAT IS PURE LIES, TRUST ME.

Ask out the girls that like to hang out with you after school. They might seem like you're only friends, but that's cuz it's high school and most people are afraid to ask each other out. Cept now that prom's over, start with simple dates. Like just ask them out for coffee, lunch, come over and play videogames or watch Adventure Time or whatever the popular cartoons/shows are these days.

If you ain't got cable or netflix in your room, kissanime.com and kisscartoon.com are all you need for all day TV and movie entertainment. Also, bitches love Nintendo. Mario Kart and Smash Bros all day.
