TIL in 2015, a woman named Diana Airoldi only got her internet fixed after six full weeks after complaining to the CEO of Comcast's mother.

No but I have a similar story. My twitter account got banned for posting a massive list of pedophiles I found on twitter. As in actually posting childporn under certain hashtags. It got about 22k RT's.

Well I contacted Support, they wouldn't unban me. So I contacted a friend of mine who is the social media director for Blizzard. He got my account unbanned. Twitter re-banned me within 30 minutes.

So I did a little digging & sure enough I found Jack Dorsey's mother. She was obviously not very easy to find, but I was MI then went Psy Ops in the army so it wasn't TOO hard for me. I sent her a message along with the spreadsheet & I was unbanned & verified on Twitter the very next day.

Crazy how things fast things move when you get mom's involved.
