TIL that millionaire Harris Rosen adopted an urban neighborhood in Florida, giving all families daycare, boosting the graduation rate by 75%, and cutting the crime rate in half

Get the hell over yourself, you presumptuous nobody. "Let it poison me"? Fuck off. I'm not as pathetic as you. I'm actually a person, not a subhuman, non-sapient form of ape, a slave to conditioning.

I live with my partner and I'm happy. I volunteered for a charity I support for a good chunk of my adult life. I love my partner, my nephew, my partner's niece and don't burn up when exposed to sunlight. I've long since moved on and I never even think of what happened to me - except to point out to presumptuous assholes like you who think you have a monopoly on shitty pasts and that it gives you some kind of moral free pass - because I'm a human. Humans are sapient, sentient creatures capable of introspection and raising ourselves above our baser emotions - all bars you fail to pass.

You are ruled by your history. You have the... not a soul, because animals don't have those, but the mind... wait, you're not a thinking being... you have the selfish little predatory hind-brain of a thug and you might not be a welfare queen like your grandmother but you haven't fallen far enough from the tree to realize that it's wrong to put hardworking people in a position of being forced to contribute to charitable causes they don't believe in. You're not better than her just because you choose to work a job and tell yourself that you do it out of benevolence and not a desire to get paid. Who knows, you might even be worse - nowhere in your sob story did you mention her deluding herself that her sense of entitlement was somehow moral.

I'm living a spectacular life now and I'm happier than you'll ever be because the entitlement you've displayed is incompatible with a healthy lifestyle. You still let your history rule you and dictate your fucked up sense of morality. I might be mean to parasites, but what you stand for is stealing from innocent people who've done nothing wrong but want a living and to be left alone.
