What are you basing that on, though? I don’t know who is building these particular ones in the post, but Ramar, Mayabella, and others have been building homes in HRM for decades, they’ve literally built thousands of homes and many entire neighborhoods...this isn’t some new thing. These new builds sell for $650-850k in areas in West Bedford/Clayton Park area, they’re not for people who can’t afford better. Just because they build a bunch at once doesn’t mean the construction is shoddy, unless you have some actual evidence or information you can provide to the contrary? I think if you spent some time behind the walls of the 40-70 year old homes in HRM you wouldn’t call these shoddy haha
