"I like a man who has a skin routine" Is an ignorant preference and shallow preference

I think it's both ignorant and shallow since it's out of some peoples control and it's typically not something that can be vocally expressed, it's something you see. You can imagine a person with a chronic skin condition who visibly has either super oily, acne-prone or red skin or a mix of all not having any attraction from people, well to that I say, that's completely normal because that's just how attraction works but when people with chronic skin conditions are getting messages like "just take a shower or wash your face," you can tell how much this would irk that person right? because it's not as simple as that.

Still don't know why people commenting think I'm implying that I don't have a skin care routine.
