Is this true or just a rumor?

Ok, this is what the poster who wrote the claim sent to me:

I can't find any information on it anywhere! My parents both swear to it, and they're pretty old fashioned and wouldn't have said otherwise unless they were sure. He was pretty unknown back then and definitely had a unique face. My uncle owned it on reel to reel but everything he owned was confiscated by the police in a raid on his house in the 70's, and he never got it back. I'm sorry that's all the proof I have. My understanding is he had the movie for years and then when Star Trek became popular he dug it out and showed it to them because he recognized Nimoy as soon as he saw him, but now with the reels likely destroyed and my uncle long gone, it's not likely I could be of any use. I've even gone so far as to try to ask Shatner about it, to see if Nimoy ever said anything, or if he would be willing to find out, but as you can imagine, I've gotten no reply from him there. The only thing I can figure is, it was a very low budget film that really didn't get much attention, and it's not like these kinds of films were just everywhere back then, it was something nobody would even admit to seeing if they did see it, and it was way before anyone had ever heard the name Spock, so it went by under the radar, as it was before Nimoy was even famous enough to care about, and by the time he did get big enough to notice, nobody even remembered the film except one old pervert who happened to be my uncle. Obviously Nimoy was going to be hush hush about it, and I doubt many people even know, so unless another copy surfaces, I doubt you'll ever be able to find anything out about it. Also, I say confiscated by the police, but it's not like they specifically learned about it and tried to take it or anything, he was just running drugs and got everything he owned taken away, and that happened to be a part of it. Likely just destroyed without a seconds look at it by whoever took it.
