Your sources do not say that at all. The closest to a "yearly statistic" they mention is:

You mixed your ridiculous talking points. The closest I could find to your outlandish claim is that there is an estimated 16,000 children used as sex slaves in Mexico, or you are using the total of victims, including adults, from all sources (eg.: including Chinese and Russian victims).

There is not "over 16,000 kids are trafficked across the (Mexican) border to become sex slaves each year.". Not even close...

Oh, and Trump's changes to Obama's policies aren't been shown to help fuck all on that side either.
