Trump Is Not to Blame for the Devastating Republican Tax Bill

The original bill of the ACA was drafted on October 29, 2009. It was voted on and passed by the House a week later as is. The Senate voted on an alternative bill in December on the above stated date. It's almost exactly the same as this tax bill. Both sides are culpable in these tactics, period. Nancy Pelosi became a target herself back then for her "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" comments. Sure there was deliberation, but the actual voted on bill was introduced and passed in a week. Also similarly, you can look back months into March and April of 2017 that some version of this tax bill existed and constantly was being rewritten. Unfortunately, it has yielded nearly zero news coverage until now because the news cycle was too busy being dominated by idiot Trump tweets.
