  • SA bench chest press 6 ea tempo
  • 6 ea low plank thread the needle

Rower (10 min)

  • TRX high row at tempo
  • 8 chest fly at tempo
  • 4 ea rear foot elevated to bicep curl

Floor (10 min)

  • 8 bridge pullover
  • 8 tricep push-ups
  • 4 ea reverse lunge to SA standing high row

Finisher 2x (3 min)

  • 30 SA thruster
  • 15 second rest
  • 30 right arm thruster
  • 30 second rest
