UK Govt: Netflix Password Sharing is Illegal & Potentially Criminal Fraud

I mean, you know the answer to that.

I have netflix on the TV and I don't want to kick the kids off when I watch on my phone.

No one is suggesting you have to have an account for each screen in the household.

I don't get why people are so indignant over this. It doesn't seem unreasonable to have an account per household.

If your kids are old enough to leave home they are old enough to buy a bloody netflix account.

Yeah, I get there are some edge cases, I'm blocked from watching on the oil rig or whatever - but I don't think that's password sharing either.

Reddit has such a weird attitude to this sort of thing. We all chip in a few pounds and we all get content in return. Don't like the output? Move to one of the other services. Or don't buy any of them.
