Thank you! I told him that and said I don’t mind these people coming over for lunch but not to stay overnight with us. I’m not comfortable with it. We had this big conversation about how he is used to that kind of thing - relatives staying over - but I explained I’m not used to it and it makes me uncomfortable. I like my own space and this is not news to him. Other times I feel he has respected this however it seems this time he had a lapse in judgement. I’m quite annoyed by this as he has the opportunity and frequently invites relatives and friends over. He encourages me to do so but as I said, they live far away and all have young children so it is more difficult. We are both interested in going to marriage counselling as it may give us some perspective on our issues and how to resolve them fairly.
