I get into games like Apex more than my friends do, and I'm talking by orders of magnitude, so most of my time in the game is spent playing with randoms, and dealing with the bullshit that comes with them. Like last night I don't think I had one decent game in a two hour session playing with randoms. It was torture.

There's no incentive for enduring that, but there is for playing with friends, and it's that the game is more fun. I don't need a bonus incentive to play with friends. An incentive for enduring trying to play with awful teammates would be nice. Like how about giving more XP to remaining members of a squad if a random teammate quits?
