The only thing that feels rigged (and is, even the devs confirmed it) is the match making.

I feel like they finally rolled out the new MM on some EU servers. But before it, it was painfully obvious how it worked - especially in pubs.

I have now ~400 hours on this game and I never really experienced any of the other issues to the point it would make this game unplayable - if we leave out Frankfurt servers, IDK whats going on there but every other game I played on them I got packet loss and really high ping.

Some issues that people are experiencing are probably a combination of servers runinig on 20 ticks (which still baffles me) and not really good connection to the server - you miss just a couple of updates and you get no regs, rubberbanding, etc.
