I have a question. How much is the debt? You describe it as this:

a tv, an xbox, etc.

...so, what's the 'etc'? How much total is the debt, in one single number that doesn't take 11 paragraphs to explain?

Look, nobody wants to hear that much detail. Most of it is an attempt at excuses, anyway. Here is what your issues boil down to:

  • In 2011, you incurred consumer debt
  • In April 2013, you agreed to settle the debt at a reduced price, in three payments. You did not keep your end of this agreement. (Debilitating accident = who gives a shit.)
  • Despite your bullshit "debilitating accident" in April 2013, by August 2013 you had not only fully rehabilitated, but had saved enough money to pay for tuition and an out-of-state move.
  • In that time you have gained employment, but still neglected to pay off your debt.
  • It turns out that the people you owed money to did not forget that you owed them money. So they went through the process necessary to take your money from you, without your consent.
  • Your response to this development appears to be "wuuuut?" and a bunch of more bullshit.

Your best option here is to CUT THE BULLSHIT. You owe them the money. You've had access to money in the time since you racked up the debt and today. So for fuck's sake, pay them the goddamn money.
